Updates!

Whoa! Been really busy recently till there isn’t time for me to update! Sorry friends, to make you all check back and close your browser immediately. lol.

My entire family went up to Genting during the Good Friday weekend and spend 3 days 2 nights there. In my humble opinion, Genting should not be known as the city of entertainment, because the city of smokers will suit it much better! Everywhere I go I smell cigarette smoke, and by the end of the day, everyone of us will definitely be reeking of cigarette smoke. I don’t understand why there are no one there to enforce the policy of not smoking in various public places.

And to make matters worst, the service there is really TOP-NOTCH, in the negative sense. When we opened the door to our room on the first day, what greeted us was the untidy and dirty room which was not cleaned and tidied up before we came. OMG, this is really the first time in my life I encounter such a hotel. Furthermore throughout our stay, not once did the hotel staff make up our room. Indeed when the entire Genting is operated by only one company, the lack of competition allows the service level to be of no quality standard at all. This lack of competition also allowed restaurants serving very bad food survive there even with their exuberant prices. All the food seriously suck, and it really shows that people are really there just to gamble and don’t care less about any other thing.

The only thing that made up for it was the theme park. lol. My brother and I spent half a day in the outdoor theme park riding roller coasters and posing for the cameras that were stationed at every ride to earn money from us. HAHAHA, but in the end we only bought one of them because it is the only one where we didn’t look stupid screaming our lungs off. HAHAHA!

Presenting – The Flying Coaster!

This is the only posed picture we have of us riding on a roller coaster though. Don’t ask me who the two girls are, because we are complete strangers, except that they also know how to pose for the camera. HAHAHA.

So after I came back on Monday night, there was a mad rush to complete all my projects and reports by Friday the 13th which also happens to be the last day of school before the exams start. And now I would like to take this opportunity to solemnly announce the beginning of “MUG-FEST 2OO7”! Hai, so many things to do, so little time.

However on another note, I’m really looking forward to finishing the exams! Because there are so many programs lined up! First is the 3 months long break, then the Mafia Genting Trip (yes, again. lol) and then all my driving lessons and then me starting work to earn some extra money! SO MANY GOOD THINGS! But for now, please wish me luck for my exams, I need it badly for 2 of my modules. Hai, sian ah!

So the picture cost is split among the 2 groups of you? Then you get their contacts and send them a scanned version back in Singapore? 😀
